Co-operative Education

“CO-OP Education Model” is a model that aims to combine higher education with business life and fill the gaps between the business world and the university, which has been successfully implemented by Hasan Kalyoncu University Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering and Civil Engineering for 4 years. A university student doing CO-OP gains work experience by actively participating in working life while continuing his university education.

The most important advantage of the CO-OP Education Model is that it provides work experience while a student and facilitates the student’s transition to the business world.

University’s 3rd and 4th year students who meet the requirement to participate in the CO-OP program are placed in a long-term internship at partner companies for a semester and gain work experience by working in companies while they are still students.
