Prof. Dr. Atilla Elçi, a faculty member of our faculty, has been promoted by the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) to the “Senior Member” grade, the highest level of membership held by only 10% of IEEE members, in recognition of his contributions to the field.
