Dean of the Faculty of Engineering
Dear Students,
Hasan Kalyoncu University Faculty of Engineering provides higher education programs in six departments: Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Our faculty, which develops and grows day by day, continuously deepens its academic infrastructure and opportunities in order to provide education under the best conditions for our students, who will be the engineers of the future, to enhance their personal development and skills, and to enable them to choose their areas of expertise in the subjects they are interested in, while updating itself in line with the changing and developing conditions of the industrial world.
In today’s world, where technology has advanced at a dizzying pace particularly over the last 15 years, where societies have transformed accordingly and where information is very easily accessible, our aim is to train engineers for our country who are not only highly knowledgeable but also able to analyze and synthesize problems with scientific approaches, to produce rational solutions, who possess intellectual capability, and who carry out their work with love, enjoyment and contentment.
To this end, Cooperative Education is successfully implemented in our faculty, where a project-based philosophy of education is adopted in all educational activities. Our students, who gain experience by working in the sector while still studying, can find valuable opportunities to acquire privileged engineering skills.
